80% of the Caribbean’s population can trace its roots to slavery. Some say they deserve to be paid for the systematic crime committed by historical colonial powers. CCTV’s Stephen Gibbs interviews the Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines on his call for a multi-billion dollar compensation by European countries for past slavery crimes.
